fuse blow in the middle of microwave

Right after the warranty period (1-year), the fuse blow in the middle of heating something in the microwave. The venting above the cooktop is poor.

the only thing that bugs me is that it won't operate unless it knows the time and date. Which means every time there is a brief power outage......

I bought this microwave after my other GE microwave stopped working. thought the new machine would have the same features as my previous unit. However the new machine does not have a delay setting which was very convenient for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My old G.E. microwave cooked much better than this new one. For instance, I always cook bacon in the microwave and this new one seems to burn the outside pieces and in inside pieces and not fully cooked. The old one cooked everything evenly. Other features seem to be okay. This was my only choice for a white product.

Takes considerably longer to cook food which is surprising since the size of the microwave is quite large. Disappointed.

This is a basic over the stove microwave. It heats food, boils water, and produces popcorn. Yawn!
