We purchased this unit to replace a similar model from 2006. I am very pleased with the functions included with this microwave. The materials used both inside and out, have a nice appearance and are easy to keep clean. We have owned this particular model for 3 months now and have not had any issues.

After using for two months we are happy with the cooking results however it is much louder than our previous microwave.

Our son and daughter in law bought us this for Christmas. It replaced a much older one that was dying. It has worked great and is easy to use.
