Don't care much for the front panel

Microwave works ok but it has a rattle type noise when it is running . Have no idea who to contact about this . I was much happier with my older ge profile micro wave . But was told parts were not available to repair it that is why we purchased this unit .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like this microwave but prefer the ease of the previous touchscreen GE profile microwave. Not as easy to use but works great.

Don't like micro

The dial control is confusing. Only able to set time in 15 second intervals. To much learning curve for guest to be able to use it.
