Handsome fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge has all the bells and whistles of more expensive products but at a much better price. I love the fact that it is not very deep and only protrudes a short distance from the counter. There is a ton of storage inside the main part as well as the freezer as well. It is also pretty quiet. I would recommend it to friends and family.

Second GE Refrigerator in Seven Years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just replaced our GE Refrig after seven years use. I hope this one lasts longer. We have always had very good luck with GE Refrig's other than the one we have just replaced. After one days use our new unit is working as it should. My wife likes the trays, bins and layout. Time will tell if it holds up as expected. My rating is based on one day use which is too early to tell if the issues with the last unit are history.

Good features, good performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The side by side refrigerator is spacious and has lots of storage in the door for drinks and extras that usually take up space in the body of the refrigerator. The temperature adjustments are great to lower or raise the temp of the freezer or refrigerator. It has a shorter and wider profile to fit into space for cabinets and look like a built in type of refrigerator. The black has a nice surface that does not smear or smudge. Water and ice features are nice and work well.

Too noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator last summer. The look of it is impressive on the outside but the space is not as it looks to be. Yes you can move the shelving around but the depth of the shelves is disappointing.The ice maker and water dispenser is very loud. Constantly making sounds. I won't buy another one. I like appliances that hum not talk out loud to me.

Shelving design

The refrigerator door shelves are weak. Mine failed under slight weight. The shelves cracked and fell through.The ice maker works well, without clumping.
