Good phone

My first LG phone and I absolutely love it! I can play games, search the web, download apps, take pictures, and record videos. The pictures comes up very clear. Only problem I have, my phone turns off by itself at times and the screen sometimes freezes.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings
I would recommend this to a friend!

If you don't mind pulling your battery twice a day because your phone just stops responding, then this is the phone for you. Even after the upgrade to gingerbread this phone still freezes for absolutely no reason. When it works it's great, but you'll spend more time trying to get it to work than actually enjoying it's features. I heard the 2x will get ICS hopefully that means G2X too, and many bug fixes.
Pros: Style/Design

battery life is the 1st issue

I am using this phone for a week already, happy with android which works pretty fast, the only thing which i dont like is the battery life. I need to recharge my phone twice a day even if i am moderately using it.
Pros: Features/Settings

Do Not Buy This Phone!!!

Features are great. Great camera & sharp screen resolution. Easy to use. No issues at all with the features and it does what I want it to do, EXCEPT THAT IT TURNS ITSELF OFF FREQUENTLY!
I would not tell anyone to get this phone. It freezes constantly, like the other reviews have stated. Randomly turns off by itself. I have to remove the battery at least once daily when it goes off and restart the phone again.
Battery get very hot at times. I don't mind the short battery life since it's not a problem for me to recharge.
If it keeps freezing and turning off like this, I will be replacing this thing as soon as I can. Please, don't buy it. This is the first and last time I will buy an LG phone.

Bad camera

I bought this phone with the 2.2 platform and loved every thing about it. The camera was the main reason I switched from my other phone.
So today I upgraded to 2.3... BIG mistake. My camera is now a piece of junk. My pictures are dark even in high light and I cant cntrol the zoom anymore with my volume buttons. To make things even worse you have to stop recording your videos to adjust the zoom. Really? Who thought that one through.
So my options to fix the problem are to either buy a new phone or buy an app.
I dont think I'll buy anymore of your products.
Pros: it was the camera

Since I have purchased this phone I have been having nothing but problems with it. I took it back to the store in hopes that it was software issues with that particular phone and because of a restocking charge decided to get another on, and the second one, with the new software updates is giving more problems. It shuts itself off randomly, it is constantly kicking me off the internet randomly, it doesn't hold a charge for more than 2 hours, and it runs hot when I am on it.

Amazing features, but poor quality

I purchased this phone in 2011 and have had to have it replaced under warrenty after 3 months because of operating problems and after a year with it, I have problems maintaining constant 4G service. I also in the last month have had the phone freeze and turn off when a call is ended. I have had to take the battery out and restart the phone only to find the date and time reset to December 31st, 2006 at 6pm, when it is December 17th, 2012 at 8pm, and this has happened on 2 occasions. I am still making payments on the phone and it is not operating correctly.
