[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife is Chinese and we needed a powerful fan. We absolutely love the power of this fan, the vents which are easy to clean, the vent work which is also easy to clean and the light. It works great and at 200 CFM it is relatively quiet and at 400 CFM it is ok. However at 600 CFM (high speed) it is very loud and regular speech is not possible and shouting is needed. In fairness, we don't need it on the highest setting often but this is our only real complaint. Other than the noise at the highest setting, it is a great product. I should also note that I would buy it again. If you need the power and cook with oil, it is a great product and easy to install. I note the noise mostly because we didn't know beforehand. On the low and medium setting it is ok for noise though and medium is 25% more powerful than other fans.

operate very roughly and are not smooth (jerky). Makes you think it is an inferior product
