Setup was easy except for getting the wireless keyboard and mouse to work (which of course was due to O.E.). I would really like to use the computer for a while prior to submitting surveys just because when you first get something, it's almost always great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The quality, features and performance are a great value. Must consider this modern desktop. Note it comes with a Webcam which is not listed in the features overview or specs.

the computer is very loud,the fan run when ever u use the computer.you can hear the programes run in the back ground.I have an apple which when turn on

HP Corrected a BAD experience

My first 610 came Dead on Arrival. After contacting HP and having some discussions, they sent me a new unit that works perfectly.

Great Desktop PC!

I bought this PC towards the end of July and the estimated ship date was the middle of August. To my surprise, it shipped only a few days into August and I got it very early. The packaging was very well made to protect the PC. Everything I wanted on it came. The PC is a joy to use. I'm using this PC in conjunction with my laptop for school and it is very good at its job. The touch function of this computer is a nice addition and so is the ability to angle the screen. All in all, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and all of my other HP purchases.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I used to be a die hard Dell purchaser but over the last few years, their quality and Customer service has really declined. My new HP i's very fast and highly responsive!
