Difficult to use. No instructions. Will not print from e-mail. Tray for photo printer paper is difficult to understand. I still haven't been able to figure out where to place a photo paper on the tray. I purchased this printer to replace another Epson printer thinking the problems I had with the old one would not be a problem with a better model. Wrong. I purchased Epsons because I read information saying Epson s the best for photo printing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Printer works very well, but the software provided on the CD was not compatible with my new Windows 10. I did achieve a WI-FI connection with my computer. However, the link will not function automatically. That has caused several hours of extra effort.
I would recommend this to a friend!

the Epson xp520 printer was very easy to set up with usb wire, didn`t try wireless. it works very well & is fast for printing text. havn`t tried photos yet. what I didn`t like is I can`t get it to scan documents with out a device hooked up & turned on. that is why the 4 stars.

Only had the printer over the week end. This was a easy install. May have been a bit more than I really need for my current business, but as a photographer this meets my need for a entry level printer. The only draw back is that it only supports SD cards.
I would recommend this to a friend!

NIce little printer. Easy to install wireless settings. Not the most convenient paper loading and they tray you have to pull out is a little ackward.

So far it has done everything I have needed it for! Have so much more to do! great product! however buy extra ink because two of them didn't work when setting up, but thank goodness I thought ahead and purchased extra!
