I love the blending but this is my 3rd replacement

How can yah complain about this blender ? I have had the same base for over five years and it works great still. However this is my third wild side jar replacement, of course I did what the company recommended , spin the blade prior to blending to lubricate the ball joint or whatever. I spin for 30 seconds. But after so long the rubber gasket on the bottom gets deteriorated and destroyed. Eventually your having a great day making a smoothie and then you smell burning rubber and broken pieces are all over in your smoothie and there yah go into the garbage w eth.
Of course that’s after a couple years with medium use. Much sooner if u use every day. Atlwast when I first purchased my blender this was replaced w warranty. But hoping soon this company finds a solution or atleast a discount for peeps who already own their products and need replacement. Other than that don’t hesitate to buy best blender on th market

We finally had to replace our original jar after 2500 uses and the new design, WildSide, really does blend differently and better. We love our Blendtec and hope to get 2500 more smoothies out of it!

I am very pleased with the customer service at Blendtec, as they are very knowledgeable. I was convinced that my 12 years old blender just went bad and I need a new one. The lady who answered my call asked me to perform few tests on the blender, then she informed me that I only need to replace the jar... (they should be replaced about every 3 years, I've learned). I was kind of skeptic, but sure enough, after I replaced the jar with the new one, my Blendtec works as new. She also provided a discount code. So yes, 5 stars, Blendtec!

The jar is larger and quieter than our previous BlendTec jar. We contemplated replacing the blender and are glad we choose this jar instead. It holds enough smoothie for our whole family, includes measurement marks, and the inside coating is seemingly non-stick, which makes cleaning much easier. We make shakes daily with frozen and fresh ingredients but they are no match for the WildSide+! We should have made this purchase earlier.

We've had a Blendtec for probably 20 years. Had to replace the jar again. They've upgraded the lid - love how it fits.
I wish they would make the jars with parts that could be repaired and replaced.

After many years of daily use I had to replace the old jar. The service from Blendtec was exemplary. The representative explained the choices I had, suggested the newer Wildside + Jar. I did order the new Wildside + jar, shipment was quick. The new jar made the Blendtec more efficient, and final product very "creamy". I enjoy using the new jar for our daily morning smoothy.

I bought this wild side jar as a replacement for my original, which had over 4,500 blends. I have made over 50 smoothies in the new jar and have had no problems with the jar or the lid. Just need to make sure the lid is securely in place. I love my Blendtec!
