I wish it could make smaller amounts like 8 ounces or less well. You have to put a good bit in there to get good results. Also, something this expensive shouldn’t have to be replaced with infrequent use. Had to replace after using less than 20 times.

I wish it was a bit more durable. I had to order a second Wild Side + jar because my first one got tipped off the sink and fell to the floor. A chunk of the square base was broke out. My blender wasn’t even a month old.

Bottom Gasket Leaking and Shredding

I love my Blendtec, but was shocked to hear a loud noise coming from it when making a smoothie the other day and to see black shavings in my smoothie. Don't think it's a good idea to try to use it again and after reading the reviews here, I see this has been a problem with the jar. I have had it only a few years and seeing the price to replace the jar is so disheartening after paying the price I paid for it. How can I get this replaced under the warranty? I haven't had it for eight years.
