My old jar had leak problems with the black seal under the jar, and have a black liquid like oil coming inside the jar. And now I had the new jar, this one improve the black seal an the lid. I hope this problem doesn't happen again.I love my blender.

I have a commercial Blendtec unit and one day, after adding yogurt to my morning smoothie, I apparently left the spoon inside. Oops. Shaved off some stainless steel and put a hole in the pitcher, and made quite a racket! I ordered a new WildSide pitcher and am amazed at how much more efficient it is than my old pitcher - blending is faster AND neater - much less splatter to the lid. I really do love my Blendtec.

I purchased my Blendtec a few years ago, and the blade loosened in the jar. was super impressed with the customer service and how fast I received the replacement jar, thanks to the great warranty .

We used a Wild Side for 1100 blends which were mostly smoothies with a lot of frozen fruit. For no good reason we retired the Wild Side and went to a 4 side. Don't do that. The 4 side is capable of excellent blending where as the wild side is nothing short of magical.

AWESOME!!! It has been six years since I purchased my Blendtec as a Christmas present to myself. Never did I realize how much the Blendtec would change my life.
