We bought our Blendtec almost 6 years ago. We bought this jar last month to replace our WildSide jar. We've had two WildSide jars both had gaskets that failed after 3 years of use. So far, we're happy with the WildSide+ Jar's performance for our frozen beverages.

this is my fourth Blendtec jar for a unit I've owned for about 8 or 9 years, my second WildSide+. We're a family of 5 and the extra capacity makes a huge difference, but with this jar, I'm hoping the spinning mechanism lasts longer than the others. Looks like it will, they've improved the design of the washer or whatever it is that's always disintegrated within a couple of years on the last three jars

Who got sued about copying the Wide Side jar! Who lied to the judge and said they destroyed their jar mold - Vitamix. Don’t support those thief’s they stold the jar design and blades of Blendtec! Vita is was sued millions ! Check it out before you buy! If you have questions let Me know ! Blendtec is the best and Original design! God has blessed Blendtec and will continue! I hate a thief !!!

Have had the Blendtec for about s year and love it. Use it mostly to make smoothies using frozen fruit. Generally had to put it through 3 cycles. Just purchased the wild side jar. Now only 1 cycle. It’s grest.

First new jar to replace my existing Wildside jar with a bad bearing. I like the new lid design, as it seems to provide a better seal, providing it is fully latched. The bearing seems to be better designed as well; I didn't notice the rubber seal that was in my old one. I only wish I didn't have to replace my old jar because the bearing went bad. Kind of a waste.

The Wildside+ Jar is awesome. This one was a replacement for one I had for 5 years that gave out. This version looks better aesthetically than my older version. The rubber top fits the jar much better. Glad I got this.
