Great 8 Year Warranty!

I bought my Blendtec in 2012. I used it regularly and never had a problem until recently when the seal around the grinder cracked. I just call and I was told that Blendtech provides an 8 year warranty for its products! A new jar is being sent to me free of charge! Great product and great company!

my old blendtec jar wore out at the base grommet after 10 plus years which is surprising in it self. I used it couple of times a week and had some pretty brutal use with the ice and hard veggies I put in it. Noticing the blade wiggling when I cleaned it. ordered the new wildside + jar and love it better than the old style. Thanks very much

I love my Designer 725 with the Wildside+ Jar. I just received the new upgraded version of the Wildside+ through the blender rewards program but the first one I received was defective (had a bad vibration from a manufacturing issue), but I recorded a video of the jar vibrating and emailed it to customer service and they immediately sent out another. This one is fine and I'm extremely happy with the upgraded lid. #Blendtec rules.

This is my second Wild Side jar and I REALLY appreciate the new design of the lid. This design is easy to seal, much easier to remove, AND much easier to clean. THANK YOU! I didn't realize how much I struggled with the lid on my 4-year old wild side jar until I used my new jar for the first time.
