Wow, what a machine. We had the blender for about a month and I think I have been cleaning the jar 30 times, we use it almost every days. I mostly use the smoothies option. My wife use it to make almond butter and alamond chocolate butter, the small optional jar does a great job. We've try the soup options once and it did work, just put the ingredients in the jar, push the soup button and it comes out as a warm soup. Very satisfied, I recommend it to anybody who love cooking.

I got this as a Christmas gift last year, and have used it almost every day. I cant believe how many uses I have found for it, beyond just smoothies. It has been one of the most used items in our kitchen. I love knowing that it can handle anything that we put in it. We entertained guests recently for a week and they loved the frozen drinks at night and the great healthy smoothies in the morning. I also made the Tortilla soup recipe that came with the Blender and it is now one of my go to meals. It has been worth every penny. With the amazing warranty, I cant imagine not having one before. I love the ease of cleanup and the easy to clean touchscreen too.

My wife and I use this blender everyday. We make ice cream and shakes and could not be happier with this product. Even more impressive was the customer service behind this product. After about 500 uses, the bracket on the blender container started to give way. I called and spoke to a very nice customer service rep and explained my problem. Since it was over a year, I was assuming that my container wasn't covered. Much to my surprise, she sent me a new container, no questions asked at no additional cost. I was extremely shocked; they just made a customer for life.

We have had this blender for about two months now and absolutely love it. We tried out two different vitamix models before the Blentec WildSide and there is no question that this is the better blender. I love the preprogrammed features...I'm still constantly surprised by how well they perform. I also really like that I can push a button and walk away, not to mention the smooth surface of the control panel that is so easy to keep clean. Thank you for a great product!

I've been dealing with basic blenders & food processors for years; went through several & never thought I could blow a lot of cash on a blender. But after adding up what I've spent on lesser machines-- I should have gotten a Blendtec years ago. I wish the machine was entirely manufactured in the US; it would have earned 5 stars if it was. It is noisy-- but it's fast. Once you get the hang of the settings it's one of the easiest blenders. Just make sure you clean it immediately when you're done. The pitcher material stains very easily and winds up looking dirty, even when it's not. Still, I wouldn't trade it. I've only had it a few weeks & haven't started grinding coarse material, but I'm hopeful it will last.

I got this as a birthday gift because we have been using a regular blender for smoothies every morning. And it's amazing how smooth it gets our drinks. The one thing I don't like is the plastic container because it is plastic and hard to clean. I'm looking forward to experimenting with all the wonderful recipes you can find online.

I was excited for this splurge purchase and felt that I would go against the Vitamix craze and try Blentec...I am finding that smoothies are problematic at times with ice and I need to stop and start and mix contents up to get it moving again. Certainly not what I expected from this price point.

I bought one of the this machine long time ago, more than 12 years and finally the machine die. I bought this machine and it's works great. The only issue I have is that the jars bearings don't last. The second jar that I bought from the other machine I bought at costco only last me long. The bearings are starting to lock and since I have this new machine I will use the new jar. Hope the new jar will last. But I still recommend this machine.
