We built a tiny house and decided to go with this instead of a full oven, and I love it! It does everything a normal oven does and more. And it looks great!

Great appliance with one tiny flaw

This is only in reference to the GE Profile Series PSA9120SFSS model, I have never seen this quirk with any other Advantiums.
Overall I highly recommend any Advantium model, they are great space and time savers (beef barbeque ribs in 30 minutes)! I have a tiny kitchen, so I only have a cook top and an Advantium doubling for a microwave and an oven.
This is my third Advantium (I had identical, non -"Profile" models before this one) . Advantiums are my go-to microwave/ovens, I use them every single day for warming, baking and speed-cooking, so they don't survive with me for any longer than 7 years. I imagine, with a less frequent use, an Advantium would last for at least 15 yrs easily. The small problem with this one - the time on the front panel doesn't stay on. It turns on when you open the door and goes off in about 30 seconds if the oven is not in use. Then, the front panel just looks dead. I honestly thought it was broken, until the manual informed me it's by design.
It really feels silly. No, I am not going to return it, as everything else works perfectly as expected. Still, it's kind of a given that a microwave in the kitchen displays time when not in use. There should have been a choice if I wanted it on.

We experienced this model at a friends house, and started making preparations to upgrade our older model GE microwave as soon as we got home! We have used most of the cooking types, and corresponding accessories, in many ways, with many food types. Enjoy the speed of food preparation. Wonderful and essential appliance.

Versatile

Have had for a couple months and has been great. Very versatile with many features and settings. Could be considered a bit complicated but easy to learn. Only wish there were a few “hot” buttons that could be programmed to be most used setting. Overall though does a great job at what we need it to do.
