Just OK

This is my 2nd GE Advantium. After 3 months, I already have had to have the "board" replaced. It's not as easy to use as the almost-20-year old version I used to have (which I couldn't live without), but it does have clear directions for me to follow. It cooks well and packs a lot of features into one small appliance. I still enjoy using this appliance, I just wish GE hadn't tampered with the original version which was practically perfect.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Almost perfect

This is the fifth Advantium I have purchased. This one replaced one I bought in 2006, which worked flawlessly until the microwave failed about a week ago. I figured it wasn't worth a service call to fix such an old appliance. I should give it five stars except for one thing - INSTALLATION was a nightmare. I expected 'remove and replace' to be a thirty minute job..... WRONG! It took much, much longer than that because GE redesigned the bolt holes, cable access, etc. (I could write a small book on the problems I had). Also, the door of the new unit isn't compatible with my ten year old GE Monogram hood - wouldn't fully open! I had to cut into the hood to make things work. All's well that ends well - I don't regret the purchase installation issues not withstanding.

I love this microwave, glad I spent the extra money to get the advantium, 240. Absolutely love all the features and how it cooks everything I have put in there.

We installed this on our boat...it is perfect since it does more than a simple microwave. Love all the functions. Highly recommended when you have limited space available.

Much much more than a microwave

This is a great small oven was able to to clear my countertop up by not having a toaster oven. This is not the fastest oven but cooks great
