I bought the Microwave a year ago and the size of the inside is Huge for a microwave. I love that I can use the convection oven when I need an extra oven or microwave.

This microwave is amazing. I was afraid it might be to high tech. Not so. Very user friendly. Directions are easy to understand. Cooking just became my new favorite hobby. Love it!

This is my second one I love the product so well. The preset settings are pretty much spot on, with the exception of the popcorn not quite popping completely.

The heating/cooking features of this appliance and the volume/capacity are what
I have been looking for as an avid home cook. This oven cooks a vast majority of foods, beverages and baking items. The level of heating control allows for individual cooking preferences. Very friendly cooking controls, selector dial loaded with setting that meet many cooking methods. Very straight forward installation process with well documented step by step instructions.

Needs improvements

The design needs improvements , the time cooking can only be set in 15 second increments. Need to be able to do all seconds not just 15 to 30 seconds. The user might want to us say 20 or 25 seconds.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
