Used to have a nice look

We just received our new advantium, we had one about 8 years ago (in a different house/state) and LOVED it. I am VERY disappointed in the new styling of the buttons, it looks very basic and is pretty cruddy looking. I think I'd rather replace it with a nicer looking microwave oven.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a great addition to our kitchen...looks great, works great.....amazingly helpful to have an additional oven, especially at holidays and other family gatherings...

My second Advantium

I was talked into getting an Advantium Speedcook microwave about 10 years ago and I'm so glad the salesman succeeded. I love this product, which helps me produce flawless meals in such a short time. When it was time for an upgrade, I insisted on getting the latest model of the Advantium.

Super tasty food

The vegetables are super fresh tasty and crisp. Better than 5 star vegetables. Some meat needs to be longer when you combine items . Fan is quiter than old model. Menu easy to find recipes. Light nice and bright or low if desired. . Worth purchase. . Hope it lasts 16 years like our old one did.

Just bought it, installer will come in 2 weeks, has to run 220 wires first, need city permit,bit of more work than thought, have to cut drywall, run conduit, city ordinance, so when all done I will post. Did not know it was 220v unit.

I like toys! The more features, the better. My wife and I purchased this microwave thinking of all the new and exciting features that it has. My issues: 1) doesn't heat up items as well as my old microwave did (and that one was 14 years old.) 2) the timer for the microwave is in 15 second increments. No punching in the time like most microwaves. This one you turn a dial. If you want to heat something up for 25 seconds, you must go to 30 seconds, press the button, then set the heat index (default is 10), press the button again, then press start. After you press start, you can rotate the timer backwards to 25 seconds, or where ever you want. Not a well thought out plan. The microwave has tons of features, guess what, I hardly use any of them. I, and my wife, are sorry we bought it. We could have, and should have, gotten one less expensive that has a numeric keypad to enter the time. I also regret replacing my 14 year old microwave, which still worked. We replaced our oven and microwave to keep the as a pair. I suggest you think carefully before making this investment.

Different way to view how you cook

Bought a month ago, pleased about how it cooks on speed cook and cpnvetion. Im still learning how to cook different things. My BIGGEST disappointment is the venting over the stove is worthless. Now I'm stuck a 1000 dollar microwave which I need to replace over stove.
