Fan broke after 3 uses

Fan broke after 3 uses. Screw on top is stripped. It replaces an older Advantium oven. We’ve been without the use of it or the vent to the outside for several weeks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great looks and love the new features!

Just replaced my original 20-year old Advantium oven that was still working perfectly with the latest model during my kitchen remodel. I love the improvements made to the controls and the custom recipe settings. Our original Advantium has worked perfectly for the last 20 years without any service calls, but the new features were too good to pass up. Love the new look!

WHERE IS THE CLOCK ???

Seriously unreal - a microwave without a clock looks dead. Been looking at my microwave for 30 years to see the time. Now they take this feature away?? All in all it works like promised but disappointed in the “energy saving” feature - how much energy are we saving here?? Everyone who comes over asks why my microwave isn’t working - not how beautiful my new appliance is. May have “re-thunk” this purchase.

Expensive failure

Within 8 hours of install, we used the speed cook to bake a potato, 6 minutes into the cycle there was a catastrophic failure (the unit sounded like a garbage disposer grinding bones) and significant vibrations. Unit replaced 4 weeks later, upon removal we found one of the internal fans came apart.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like most things about the unit. What I don't like about the unit is the beeper volume. Even when set to high you can hardly hear it when it goes off.

New but doesn’t work

Just Installed our 2nd Advantium 120 to replace the original that lasted 13 years. Oven light comes on when you open the door & display panel lights up but the device does not respond to any display input.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
