Love the choices the oven offers if they keep work

We have had 3 and have had various issues the newest one only lasted 4yrs. I loved the features but they keep dying. Each time a different feature. This time the convection feature
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the look!

This is my second GE Profile Series microwave and I love it..... but clock does not stay on all the time.... only when microwave is in use. My older model the clock never went to sleep! Not happy with this new feature.... then why have a clock?
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good fearures however...

It works well but the steam just doesnt seem to vent properly. It is connected to a vent pipe but lots of moisture builds up on the inside within just a couple of minutes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Skip AL, we're sorry about the concerns you have with your venting. We know this is worrisome with such a new microwave so we're glad to inform you that condensation inside the unit is normal and is especially prevalent when cooking foods of high moisture content for extended periods of time.
Moisture should dissipate in ten to fifteen minutes. If minimal moisture is noticed between the glass of the door, allow the door to stand open for approximately 15 minutes to accelerate the dissipation of the moisture.
If the moisture does not evaporate in a reasonable amount of time, we recommend scheduling service with a certified GE Appliances technician that will be able to accurately diagnose and repair your appliance. You can do so by calling GE Appliance Service at 1-800-GECares (1-800-432-2737) or by clicking here: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm.

Easy Installation and Operation!

Nice looking and functional, excellent installation process and instructions. Great that it fits in same space older GE microwave was in. Even same vent and bolt holes made it easy to stick with GE!
