I've used many yoga mats over the past 3 to 5 years, and this one is by far the thickest and most comfortable. Whether stretching or exercising, it feels like your inches off the ground.

I like everything about the mat, it's thickness, colors, texture but it DOES NOT offer the non-slip surface the product says it has. I would not buy it again or recommend it to anyone else. When my hands and feet are slipping, I can not concentrate on my yoga practice how I need to because I am concentrating on not slipping. No good.

I'm a beginner, but I didn't want to buy a really cheap mat only to end up needing to spend again to get a decent one. After reading a lot about how to choose a yoga mat, I went with this one. It has just the right balance of cushioning and support. The colors are vibrant without being too bright.

I only go to hot yoga and this mat was way too slippery. I used it once and I don't think I will use it again, unfortunately. It's a great mat, just not made for the kind of yoga I prefer.
