Outstanding quality for a reasonable price

I did many days of research both on the internet and within many stores in our metropolitian area. I wanted certain features standard as well as some others to upgrade my microwave cooking experience. To my delight I found all that I wanted and more! I am pleased with the extended ventilation panel that covers a lot of the front stove top cooking area. The door is solid ( others were not) and the larger turntable gives my larger meal dishes high quality cooking. The quick settings are great and easy to use. I was especially happy to have a timer and 30 sec button for coffee. Great quality Microwave at a very reasonable price.

Good microwave with venting feature overstated

Overall a good microwave. Sensor cooking rocks on popcorn and reasonaly quiet. Lots of wattage means less time waiting. Also earned good marks from consumer report on two sister products, so by derivation you can count on the quality. My biggest compliant is the overstated venting feature. I bought it for this reason over others. 400cfm should be powerful, but in reality it does not feel that way. Extended vent extends out just a little and does not do much for front burners. Again, overall a good microwave, but you could have paid less and get simimlar feature microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Auto cook settings are accurate.

Love the vent

The microwave is easy to use and has handy and helpful features. Bought it especially for the vent, but also happy with ease of use and smooth surface which is easy to clean.

There is a hairline crack on the door, below the window, that is apparently cosmetic, but doesn't look real good.
The extending exhaust hood, which was a main selling point, is barely, if at all, an improvement over others I have owned. Having said that, this microwave has performed well for almost two years of daily use, both reheating, and preparing meals. Very good controls, easy to use, and resets easily after power outages.

Love the features, however the jury is still out on machine itself, the popcorn button seems to be set for too long and burns the popcorn also the fan is already making noise. and I need to have service come look at it. I've only had machine about a month.
Fan works great though and the extend feature is definitely a bonus.
Pros: easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
