Excellent but wishing better!

Installation went well, product works very nicely, LG as a company seems to care about it's consumer with good communications---which I think is very important in the purchase of a product. I do wish however that the design would be more sensitive to decor. By that I mean that the white unit that sits above my white glasstop stove looks well except for the "big black hole" that the black glass on the door displays. My previous model was a white glass on a white unit and fit visually well. Wish LG would change that. Another small change would be the location of the light switch that is located above the fan setting. When groping in the dark it is difficult to touch correctly. I do love the extended hood exhaust area, a valuable feature that works nicely!

We upgraded the builder supplied appliances in home to all LG and every appliance has exceeded our expectations in quality and features.

I have several LG appliances in my home and I wouldn't have any other. When ever I need a new appliance, it will be a LG.
I have several LG appliances in my home. I will not purchase any other brand. They are very dependable, the quality is great, the look is very kitchen like. I have the front load washer & dryer and they are great also. They save so much on the detergent and water. Like I said LG is my product.

The door cracked right away. It looks terrible. I won't buy another LG product. My dishwasher is terrible too.

This is a great over the range microwave oven. It is quiet and very easy to use. I love the EZ-ON to quickly select 30 seconds without having to push so many buttons. It looks great and cooks quickly. Love all of the features. Would recommend LGE products to everyone for the quality, price, and customer service!

It is everything Consumers report stated. It reheats perfectly, cooks great and has been easily installed.

This over the range microwave has been AWESOME! It cooks things and reheats items quickly! The fan is very powerful and quiet. The price is higher than some, but well worth the price.
