Frigidaire Microwave Oven is really nice!

I purchased this microwave oven about a month ago and I am very happy with its performance. It cooks all my items to perfection.. Enjoy the quality of the oven also. The only item I wish is that the light inside the oven when it is cooking would be a little bit brighter so you could clearly see the food cooking. Over all I would recommend this oven to anyone that is looking for a quality microwave along with a reasonable price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not well built, door button sticks so door doesn't close properly. Had to return as first unit didn't work at all. Both units arrived damaged in shipping. Ordered this model due to need for its size to fit in counter area. If it were'nt for the size, wouldn't keep.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's okay.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product a few weeks ago and have the opportunity to use it. It's okay. There is a serious issue with the door, however. You have to depress the door handle a "certain way" before it will open. And sometimes it takes two or three tries to open the microwave door. On a positive note: product looks nice. Features are nice. Smooth running and quiet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Help with Microwave

We recently purchased this microwave
it seems like none of the buttons work
They are probably lock
Wen we press the LOCK BUTTON for the time it says to NOTHING happens
there are letter M/W on the corner when we use it
the only way it works is pressing the 30 second button
we cant even clear it

Thank you taking the out to provide us with your feedback. When pressing the safety lock feature, it locks the control panel, to prevent the microwave from being accidentally started or used by children.
To unlock the safety control, you will need to touch and the Safety Lock pad for more than 3 seconds. The lock icon will disappear in the display window with 1 beep. Once the control is unlocked, you are able to select your desired time and press start.
If this does not resolve your concerns, feel free to reach out to us at 1-888-203-1389 Monday-Friday 8:30am-8pm EST, so that we are able to do so.
