Bought yesterday and have used three times. Works fine for cooking frozen entree's. The problem is that the window is so dark that you cannot see the food that is cooking. The oven light is fine when you open the door but the black design on the window makes it impossible to see the food clearly. Read the manual several times to see if there was an instruction to remove the design but found nothing. Not sure I could remove it if I tried.

It's compact, it's very fast, easy to use- especially for someone who's not a huge technologically advanced person, it's extremely user-friendly. Even my mother who is near 80 years old as no problem using it. Best microwave I've ever bought.

We were looking for a smaller microwave that we could fit in a pantry cabinet.
This model is perfect ! We have several Frigidaire appliances, so I felt very confident with the quality and performance. Not a major appliance but we are extremely pleased with this purchase. I would highly recommend it !!

doors is hard to open threr is a hole in door

It's a great microwave, but the button to open it is kind of hard to push that makes the microwave move to one side, don't know if because it's new.
