One performance issue

The unit seems to do a fine job dehumidifying but did not work well when a hose was attached for continuous draining. The hose connection at the unit leaked badly getting water all over the floor. I purchased a second hose and extra O-rings thinking that was the problem but it still leaked. I travel for work so am not always home to manually empty.The unit was too big and heavy to return to the store or I would have returned it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sleek and Functional

This dehumidifier is attractive and functional. The controls are easy to use and the dehumidifier does its job. I use it in a basement setting. I run it at low speed 2 hour setting and at 45 % humidity level. I am totally satisfied for the moisture removing capabilities at these settings. It is nice that the settings can be changed to fit your circumstances. On the down side it runs noisey with too much vibration of the front grill area and internally. To minimize the vibrations I have wrapped two wide flat bungie cords around the dehumidifier. This has helped and it runs much quieter.

Works extremely well in our large basement

The dehumidifier has done a great job dropping the level of humidity in our large (80'x24') basement. It is extremely quiet sometimes I have to listen carefully to make sure it is even running. Great product.

Like that it doesn't run constantly. Have had it for a month. Hope that it is more energy efficient than my old one. Have noticed that it is harder to put water bucket back in with each use.

Nice styling and quieter than most

I've been using this for about a month now in a basement setting and it works very well. The basement is dry. I do not use the bucket as I have a hose attached, so it requires no work on my part.

Great features and modern design

I've had this dehumidifier for only a month but it is working very well. Our basement gets moldy and has a musty smell if I don't run it. The bucket is a little hard to pull out to empty when full, but that is no problem. Does run a little noisy, but I like the fact that I can use it in low temps. That is when all the other ones would freeze up. Hoping that this one doesn't.

Less then a month old and it isn't working, shuts off saying bucket is full and there won't be a drop in it, or it started out shuting off when it was partly full.
