This product does the job.

This dehumidifier works well. I don't have any problem with the sound, since it is in my cellar. I have 2 LG dehumidifiers in my cellar. I don't like emptying the buckets, but found the instructions to connect a hose not very clear. I will continue to empty it myself until i get tired of doing so and call service to lead me through hose connection. My cellar is not damp any more.

Good Dehumidifier-Bad Controls

I have had this dehumidifier for about a month. It does a nice job of removing the humid air from my basement. The only problem I have encountered is that the timer controls do not work. In theory, you can push the "2 hour" button and the machine stays on for two hours. However, in reality, the machine simply stays on indefinitely until the bucket fills with water. It's a bit frustrating, since I don't necessarily want the machine to run "non-stop."

I own 9 LG products in my home, also my business. Very happy with LG quality. Purchased this LG dehumidifier because of my past purchases. My dehumidifier is only 10 weeks old but is quiet and easy to empty when full.

I haven't had this very long but it seems to do a very good job of dehumidifying the basement. I especially like the timer feature that it has. Right now I'd say it works great.

Quiet, good Humidistat Control, Nice looking

We use the new LG to dehumidify a fairly large basement. It does so easily. Our previous humidifier was much more noisy than the new LG and the old one did not do as good a job. The LG is very quiet and the humidistat works well to turn the unit off when humidity reaches a preset level. Controls are simple and need no explanation. I recommend this unit.

We have this dehumidifier in our basement and it needed it BAD!!! We've had it running almost non stop since the day we bought it (6 months ago) and it has been great. Very efficient, quiet. Highly recommend.
