Purchased this ac after having no luck with a window ac and it has proven a "god send". It cools nicely and has an enery saving mode which is great as I live on a fixed income.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

This product works well and it is so much quieter than our last portable air conditioner. Also like that there is only one hose. Would definately by another if needed.

Wonderful Investment

We bought this unit for our summer home on an island in Maine. We have casement windows but it was easy to install, in fact I had it up and running in 20 mins. after reading the instructions.
It has been a blessing this year as it's been very hot and humid, even in Maine. We love the ease in setting and how quickly it cools the place.

Relief in TX heat

Absolutely love this ac unit. My house unit used to run constantly to try to keep up with our brutal TX summers. I'm able to turn my home unit up at night and use the LG ac and save on my utility bill. This unit runs quiet and what little noise it makes is very relaxing and the unit cools my entire room with no problem.

We purchased this air conditioner when the Danby portable we owned stopped working 2 weeks past the warranty expiration. It has been perfect for us during this excessively hot summer. It cools the open living room/dining room area of our small ranch style home and is somewhat quiet.

A dependable backup air conditioning system.

I purchased this product as a backup system in the event of electrical failure. Where I reside in Florida, we are very suitable to hurricanes and prolonged electrical outages. My home is equipped with a four ton central air-condition system of which draws more wattage than my backup generator can deliver. Although this hurricane season has been comparatively light we did experience three long duration electric outages. This unit is very simple and quick to install. During the first electric power outage, I had the unit installed and operating within 15 minutes. I only use the unit for my 400 sq.’ master bedroom and it is more than adequate for the job. I really enjoy the very low noise level of this unit and it does not disturb mine or my wife’s sleep. Additionally, on one occasion I was out of town when my home lost power but I was able to provide hookup procedures to my wife over the phone and she had it up and running in no time. This unit is obviously built for quality and low maintenance in mind.
