Perfect Outcomes

Installation was easy. Venting presented only a minor challenge, but was quick and didn't require any outside help. The unit didn't require a team to move it or get it operating. After venting and plugging it in, it worked perfectly...cooling a large upstairs room that the central air unit couldn't. Storing for winter was even easier...unplug and roll out of the way. PERFECT!!!
Pros: Performance, easy to use

I expect more from a product that I payed this much money for. Where it did cool the front room, it was ONLY the front room and only by about 10 degrees! My average temp INSIDE this past summer was about 90 degrees. My front room is not big, so yes, I expected more.

Purchased post hurricane Isaac... With young grandchildren staying with us during storms, I wanted to have a back up a/c if the power goes out again... We have friends (whose house flooded) staying with us and our upstairs central a/c unit went out. Put this in their room and they had to turn it down during the night because it got so cold in the room. This is a GREAT product to have on hand! I know we'll get a lot of use out of it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this one used for 2 summers . maybe 7 days/summer. not very hot in Canada.now try to use it.....not work! Sad!!

I purchased this air conditioner to cool the living room of my lake cabin. Not only does it cool the living room, it cools the intire 900 sq ft cabin. The unit is very quiet and I have not needed to empty the water tank after using the unit for the past month. I also have not had any leaks. This unit is great.

Bought this AC to use in my room in the hot Cali summers. Having a few 100+ days already this AC has done an awesome job. Keeps the room nice and cool in the day time and at night. The timer feature on this is nice as well. Have it come on 30min before I get home and shut off in the early am hours before I get up. Way to go LG on this unit it works great and looks nice too.

I have had this type portable a/c (several different brands) for the past 5 years. This is by far the best we have bought. I purchased this after a brand new different brand had a power surge and died. I must say I am very glad that I did. The energy saver feature works so much better on the LG than on any other brand I've had but even using the energy saving mode my rooms are a lot cooler and I can keep the temperature set higher on the LG than other brands. This LG is fantastic. I have 3 now (1 in kitchen, 1 in bedroom and 1 in living/dining room)
