I bought this about a month ago. I can't get the temperature to go over 350 degrees. I tried to access my account info and the system will not send me a password reset.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have always thought about purchasing an electric grill because I have such a hard time getting others to start up. I finally convinced myself early spring to get one and I am so glad I did. It is absolutely wonderful! The food comes off the grill cooked to perfection! Well done Char-Broil!

I love my Char-Broil TRU-infared Patio Bistro grill. I was so done with switching out propane tanks. The fact that i can just plug in my Bistro grill and its ready to go, is just perfect for me. The grilling surface is more than adequate and I couldn't be happier. the bright red color is a bonus as well.

I have had the Char-broil for 2 seasons, and it is wonderful, whether meat, fish, or veggies it is great and no fuss or muss. Enjoy the company and food, clean up is a breeze.
