Missing Parts

I would have loved to provide a review on the grills performance but never was able to complete the assembly. Bought the BRAND NEW grill, took the fully closed box home and upon unpacking noticed a few parts were missing (wheel, parts kit). Called CS and they arranged for parts to be shipped. After shipping FedEx then USPS the parts arrived. Started to assemble the unit and found other parts missing from the package (I should have done a parts inventory on day one). Regardless, I threw the remaining parts back in the original box and returned it to the store. More than frustrated.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
