It come damaged from the store. It starts falling apart very soon. materials are very flimsy

It performs very well. Although the are around the wheels could be better reinforced. And if it were my name going on the product the name tag would never come off as mine has.

I bought this combination charcoal & gas grill at the end of last season so I have used it a number of times. It was easy to assemble although it took a while. Both sides work very well.charcoal is great for steaks and when you have time to light and wait for a nice bed of coals. Gas is great when you decide to use grill at the last minute and when you have a lot of stuff to cook for a crowd.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been extremely happy with this product. I love the dual Charcoal/Gas feature, making it perfect to cook items on one or both sides at the same time!

This BBQ is by fair the best I have had I have told so many about this BBQ and how well it works when I have time I use the Charcoal side great for ribs and steak when I have less time I use the gas side what a great BBQ I will recommend this to friends

Love this grill however, the reason for the fair rating is this: after a year the two front wheels have rusted off so we now have wooden block under it. Love the actual grill itself but you need to have a better wheel system/placement. Look and space in the grill is great, we use this alot and put the grill in the garage during winter as we grill all winter long. Gets alot of use as we also grill meals for our aging parents.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had the grill for about 3 months and love it. The ignition went out after first use. Called Char - broil and the sent me a new part free.
