Manufacturer's Defect: Condenser Coils rattle LOUDLY

Ongoing issue with Condenser Coils vibrating: Our new (installed 02/11/2013) KitchenAid refrigerator (Model KFXS25RYMS2)(with bottom freezer, and 4 doors) started rattling loudly within the first month. So loud, it would wake us up at night! Sounds like a fan blade rattling, and the entire fridge vibrates! KitchenAid Customer Service tried to put me off, until I finally convinced them it was not normal. They sent their repairman out, who unfortunately misdiagnosed the problem.
After more than 2 years and endless arguing with KitchenAid, 4 professionals, including one of their own Tech guys, have confirmed that there is an ongoing issue with Condenser Coils vibrating in certain models. KitchenAid refuses to acknowledge this problem, or produce a proper factory fix. So far, the only effective repair has been "Cardboard shims" around the coils. And we cannot move the fridge, lest the shims dislodge.
The latest repairman (Dec. 23/15) says it's not repairable and is a manufacturing defect. KitchenAid is ignoring him, too!
KitchenAid is covering this problem up. They are not properly documenting the complaints, nor addressing them. Now they claim that it is only a "Cosmetic Problem", so they don't have to repair it!
Today's repairman also advised me that my model also has an ongoing problem with defective ice makers, which KitchenAid is also repressing!
We expected better quality performance and better customer service from KitchenAid/Whirlpool. I'll never buy another KitchenAid/Whirlpool product again!
In hindsight, I think I was too polite and believed they would deal with me honestly and fairly. They did not.

We are very happy we purchased this KitchenAid. It replaced an LG which gave us nothing but trouble and didn't make enough ice for our family of 5! I wasn't sure about the vegetable drawer at first, but it has been great for our family.
Pros: Design, Performance, haven't run out of ice yet!, Convenient Features, Innovative, easy to use
Cons: main refrigerator level dips down an inch or two., icemaker is a little noisy.

This refrigerator is so much bigger than my last one. I absolutely love the vegetable drawer. I can find everything in it. Since I'm a gardener my drawer is full of vegetables and it is so conveniently organized. I didn't know if I would like a separate drawer, but it is definitely the best feature of the refrigerator. The stainless steel finish on the appliance is also wonderful. It wipes off so easily.

Love the drawer

The fridge looks great and the drawer is a great feature. I had to have the doors replaced, because they were scratched during installation. The folks at KitchenAid sent me an entire new fridge, but the installers said they only needed to replace the doors. Understand that it's a pain to take out the old and bring in the new. However, I would strongly encourage anyone with this issue to not accept a replacement part, because another repair crew had to come out, since the doors weren't fitting properly. Also, KA should do something to help guard against scratches. It shouldn't have scratched so easily. Be prepared to have food smelling/tasting funny, because there is some residue left on the shelves and it's hard to get it off entirely. I had to throw out some items, because the smell absorbed into the food. Just awful!
