Great features, quiet - freezer leaks after 24 mos

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love Ken our refrigerator, but recently it started to leak every week from underneath the freezer cabinet. We checked online on google and seems like it has a flaw. It needs a p-trap replacement and thawing.

Love the refrigerator Hate the Ice Maker

Beautiful refrigerator. Love the middle drawer! We bought this refrigerator for our newly built house. We've used it 3 months. The ice gets hung up in the ice maker. Then we have no ice. Even when it works properly the amount of ice that the bucket is able to hold is minimal. We run out of ice all the time. Now we have to buy ice and keep it in the freezer so when we have company we do not run out.

This model replaced another Kitchenaid refrigerator which was a continuous problem from 6 months after buying it. This replacement refrigerator is a muc better product. Love the wide drawer in center. It has all your fruits and vegetables within reach without bending over as you did with older refrigerators. Love everything about it.
