We've had this refrigerator over a year and are quite happy. Two minor things that we'd improve. First the top doors do not automatically shut tight, they need a little push to be sure it's sealed. The other item is the ice cube dispenser. Even the cubes come out with shards as well

I've had this fridge for almost 2 months now and we love it! It is huge and the layout is great. The drawer above the freezer is great for produce or a place to store snacks for easy access by my 2 kids. I do with that the doors and drawers would fully pull shut on their own - if you let them close on their own they need an extra push to be fully shut - however there is an "alarm" that sounds if they are left open.
I would recommend this to a friend!

In addition to the convenience of the French doors, the crisper drawer keeps the veggies extra crisp and fresh. The deli drawer is great for lunch items, yogurt, etc. The freezer drawer is roomy and foods are easily accessible.

We had a 28 year old Amana which was still working fine except for the ice maker. This refrigerator not only looks better but the food lasts much longer before going bad. I guess this maintains the cool temperatures more consistently. Most items seem to stay fresh forever! Very pleased. No complaints.

I haven't had this long enough to even figure out all the bells and whistles, but it is SO
much better than my old refrigerator. I love the middle drawer, the ice maker works well, storage is better organized than any fridge I've had before.

My husband bought this for me as a surprise after seeing the model at our sons home. I had been unhappy with the side by side that we had. It was impossible organizing the freezer and not having items fall out and onto the floor. With my new French door refrigerator the freezer is easy to organize and I have no problems removing the food. The crisper drawer holds so much and is at the right level to look right inside. No bending over! The upper section is wonderful too because everything inside is easy to see because of the great interior lighting. I recommended it to a friend and she already bought one too!
