We bought this refrigerator upon the demise of our 10-year-old former refrigerator. It's so quiet! Love the freezer compartment - so easy to use. And the pull out drawer - saves the "coolness" in the main portion. All in all we're thrilled!

Great features - some suggested enhancements

We just bought this fridge a few weeks ago. We replaced an older side by side model. We liked the french door feature of the new fridge and the fact that the freezer was on the bottom with pull out drawers for the freezer and the crisper.
Other than the ice being a little smaller in size than the last fridge use to make, the only other complaint would be that the black fridge does show up a lot more fingerprints and smudges. The previous fridge was black but had more of a textured finish which didn't seem to highlight these smudges.
I highly recommend the fridge for its layout. We are less likely to be throwing food away because we can see most food now at eye level.

So far it is wonderful. Once in a while it makes a sound that makes me wonder if it is a normal one, but then it stops and all is well. I can take the ice and just add my Gatorade or diet sod without ri sing the ice, as I used to do previously. I guess the water would be the same, but have not tested it. It is the best refrigerator I have ever owned. One drawback is to keep the silver smudge free.
Pros: Design, easy to use, Performance, Innovative, Convenient Features
Cons: just that fingerprints and smudges show easily
