The double doors and cenetr drawers make accessing items easy.
Pros: Convenient Features, center refrig drawer is the best
Cons: left door does not close easily or by itself., left door storage shelves are limited use., the alarm for doors/drawers being left open is not

I looked for a long time before getting this refrigerator and have been thrilled with its performance. My last appliance had weak drawers and shelving. One of the reasons I picked a KitchenAid was because of the superior strength of its drawers. I especially like that the water dispenser doesn't drip like so many others I looked at.

I bought this model to replace a side-by-side that had died on me. I love the French doors with the adjustable shelves. I can rearrange them however I need to fit over-size dishes like my Thanksgiving turkey AND a ham with all the sides!! The middle drawer is the best part of the unit. I place my sandwich makings and family grab and go lunches in it for a quick departure in the mornings. It can seem like it's a little loud when my home is very quiet but that so seldom happens I don't notice the hum. I do agree with a previous reviewer that the manufacturer could cover up the screw holes on the door handle.
Pros: Convenient Features, Lots of space, Performance
Cons: disguise the screw holes on the door handles.

We've had our 'new' fridge for a year now and it's as good as we'd hoped when we bought it. Lots of flexible room when we do dinner parties or have overnight guests, the separate drawer for produce works perfectly keeping everything fresh longer and visible to encourage eating healthy. I also really like the 4 compartments in the freezer section; it is a large capacity and everything is organized well & easily found. I like that I can remove the ice cube box when i need lots of ice. Also have found the 'door ajar' bell useful more than once when i've been tearing around making a dinner party. Happy we bought it!

Wish it had a pizza slot in the freezer though. Also, the water and ice levers are a bit firm. That is, you need to push a bit harder on the levers.
