I really love this refrigerator, it has so many great features. The drawer is great for all my fresh produce and the freezer is so much easier to organize and find things, so much better then my old refrigerator. I also love having filtered water and ice also being on the door saves opening the freezer every time I need ice.

We had a side by side that had water line freezing up and it was nice to have an ice and water that really worked and was easy to find what you wanted. I also worked at the factory where it was made for over 40 years. I also love the LED lighting. and energy star rating.

Reasonably quiet, good looking, efficient, good use of space. I only wish it had more shelf options. Also, documentation was pitifully sparse. I'm still not sure about what to best keep in the "mini" frig drawer or how to set the moisture/temperature settings for different uses.

Having a family with young kids and we love to cook, this fridge provides us great features. Why we love?
- The refrigeration space (upper) gives us lots of flexibility. We have used for holding party cakes to multiple dishes for a party.
- The doors hold more stuff than we thought when evaluating the product.
- We use the middle drawer for fruits & veggies - which is where my young kids can reach. Helps us to hit our desired targets for their diet.
- The freezer meets our needs - holds everything we need.
- It has also been durable as my 18 month old likes to climb on the handles.

I was greatly surprised that this lovely refrigerator did not come with an egg tray!
I was also slightly disappointed with the lack of good explanations of the features in the handbook. Nothing was mentioned about the wine bottle holder. In one of the reviews, a holder for 4 wine bottles was mentioned. Mine only holds one bottle. I wasn't sure how to attach the wire rack safely.
And further, what do I do with the eggs?
Perhaps your folks think these things are obvious, but some instruction would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise, it appears to be a great appliance.
