Smart Buy - just get extra battery

Great phone. Sleek features -- except can't remove some factory applications. Bright screen, great mix of touch and keys. Have phone for over 1 year now -- starting to slow down in response time. Switch out batteries often to keep up with power drain.
Pros: Bright display, Durable
Cons: battery life - short
I would recommend this to a friend!

1st Review of my 2nd Samsung smartphone and 3rd Samsung product. Easy as 123, is a good built product, but the lack of an existing hope of software update make this devce just a "phone", rather than a "smartphone".
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, lte
Cons: price when new, non existing hope of software update

This was my first Samsung purchase and I am very pleased, however I did jump ship to another Samsung product (Galaxy Note II). I have been happy with my Droid Charge.

Have had this phone for a couple of years and it's been good.
Single CPU was replaced by Galaxy 2 and 3 as all technology.

Not Their Best Device

I based my purchase of this device on positve past experiences with the Continuum as well as my Samsung LCD TV and Blueray player. I'll be honest, I have 3 weeks left with this device and I'm very ready for the change.
The display quality is wonderful, the speakers are wonderful, it's easy to use. Unfortunately, I have had non-stop issues with this device for almost the entire time I've had it. It shuts down every time I try to use the flash on the camera. It freezes more times than not when I try to use the camera (or I get a "camera failed" pop up). The keyboard often freezes or won't register at all when I try to type a text message or social media post. Recently the device has started power cycling when I try to scroll through Facebook. I had to replace the battery after about 9 months - the original battery became swollen and wouldn't hold a charge more than an hour or so. The current battery has now started to just drain down to red randomly, then the device shuts off. The device is very sluggish and laggy - even though I have everything stored on the memory card and I keep my email and text messages cleaned out to a bare minimum.
Despite all of these issues, I am still considering another Samsung device to replace this one. I will definitely do my homework though.

Cons: Did not meet expectations

I have had the droid charge for just over a year now. every time I use the camera flash the phone freezes & shuts off. Battery doesn't last more than 2-4 hours, something is always going wrong with this phone. this is by far the worst phone I have ever owned.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My Crazy Disappearing Contact List

I purchased my phone before Christmas 2011 with the insurance. By March of 2012 my phone went crazy. Most of my contacts disappeared. My mothers last name starts with an "A" but my contacts began with a "B", and I was missing 90% of them. Then I was taking a picture and the phone went "Dead". I immediately went to the Verizon store (my phone had come alive before I got there) and the salesperson restored my contacts from my iPod (which meant I had to go through and edit them). It happened again within a 2 week period and I returned to the Verizon and was told I would receive a replacement phone in a few days.Since that I have had 2 more replacement phones and fortunately it's time for a new phone.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, deletes contact list, cuts off by itself

I have hated this phone from day 1, a year later and I can't find ANYTHING good to say about this phone. First off the predictive text is terrible, apps freeze up on a regular basis, a few months ago 1/2 of over 500 contacts disappeared from my contact list. New it had a battery life of about 9 hours IF you didn't actually use the phone, if you accessed the internet for any reason it was more like a 4 hour battery life at best. I have manually put contacts in and they never show up.
Pros: there are no "pros"
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, contacts disappear, very short battery life, perdictive text is useless, junk
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
