It is a good smart phone. I have had very little problems with it. My main complaint would be the battery life. It has to be charged at least once during the day

This phone was glitchy from day one and had the worst battery life of any samsung phone I've used. Also, if you start to talk too loud the person on the other end of the line stops being able to hear you. Drops calls all the time!
Pros: Bright display, Durable
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

I have had this phone for just about 1 1/2years and still have my original device, and for me that says a lot! Has managed to still work perfectly even though it has been accidentally dropped(more like submerged) in water 3x. and the screens resolution is the best of any phone i've had as of yet. The cons of this phone is battery life and 4G LTE, which go hand in hand. Phone is constantly looking for a 4G signal so the battery drains fast. Due to the phone sometimes losing signal you also lose access to the web.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: battery life, 4g connection

3 phones on my account. All work great. Easy to use, lots of features and plenty of apps available. Some of the bloatware could go away.
