Better than IPhone

This is by far the best phones we have had like alot better than Iphone
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

Support dead in the water

This is another example of VZW abandoning a propriety phone for the next release. It took forever to get GB and no ICS or JB love either. As soon as my contract is up I'm getting the Galaxy 3. I blame VZW more so than Samsung. The hardware is fine.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

this was my first 4G LTE phone ive used and have to say its absolutely amazing. the screen is gorgeous. it flies through whatever you throw at it. would definitely recommend this phone
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

I have had this phone for a bit now... And it works Great. If you like to take "Happy Snaps" photos with your phone, it take Great photos. Im not sure if I have had but only one problem with it. And that is it will get dim on me and I need to go back into the setting and make it brighter. Not sure if it is me... Just a thing...
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight

verizon isn't supporting this phone well

My Charge freezes up and shuts down by it self. I would like Verizon to replace it with a differnt samsung phone at no extra cost since I p[ay for the extended insurance.

I really liked my Charge for the first year until I started using higher end apps that required more ram than the others. After I dove into the specs I noticed the Charge only had a little under 400 MB of RAM. Not to my surprise was Samsung's response that the RAM could not be upgraded. My last hardware issue is the lack of battery lifeMy other problem with this phone is software related. After the OS update, there is no longer a screen slide or puzzle unlock, nbow it is just a bubble that can unlock the screen from any spot you touch which gets pretfy annoying when you find apps open after you pull it out of your pocket. The next software issue is the fact that Samsung did away with the scrolling picture background.
Pros: Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, poor battery life, not enough ram, original os was more user friendly
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not a happy ending

When I first bought this device I loved it. The design, feel, speed, camera quality and functions. However, at some point after having it for less than a year I started having connectivity issues. The phone would lock up or say that I had no data connectivity. After my 3rd replacement phone in about a month my carrier let me switch to a comprable device.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
