Phone works but keypad won't ever work to check voicemail or for conference calls, have to restart often

Ok..let's start off with the DRAIN the 4G has on the battery. That's a con. How about having to pull the battery to shut it down when it doesn't respond to closing applications manually. That's a con. How about adding applications that I didn't ask for and now have to pay for if I use them? That's a con. I do like the maps and the Navigations applications.....when they work! The volume for the phone should have been placed on the opposite side of the phone as the earphone connection as well. Yes it is thin. Yes it is light. Samsung stop trying to copy the Iphone and make something greater!!
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Too big, Did not meet expectations, expensive, battery drain for 4g, controls need to be on opposite side of phone., earphone/headphone jack too small., needs a car/electric charger in every phone kit., needs a descriptive english manual!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Android 2.3 definately helped, but issues with navigation hurt this phone a bit.
Cons: Did not meet expectations

needs constant battery charging

i charged my phone before running out to do some errands and shopping at 11:30am. i had 2 short phone calls and 6 text messages and by 3:30pm i was searching the store for a car charger. i find this totally unacceptable.
have owned the charge for 1 month and wished i would have picked something else.

Good phone, with ok battery life. The screen is gorgeous, the 4G speeds are great.
I do not like the location of the power button (even though I am right handed), I use my phone with my left hand most of the time.
Also, the notification slider does not reach the bottom.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: power button location, notifications slider does not reach the bottom

Great phone

This is my first smartphone and I am totally happy with it,I had no problem with the learning curve,the screen is outstanding,bright and clear,apps are really great the sound is good,I would recommend this phone to a friend

THe capability for the price is outstanding. It competes with every other android in a majority of categories and is head and shoulders above other LTE devices in speed. Two phones side by side, Charge 35 mbps, the other 22mbps. We tried a few different places and each time, the Charge was on top.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
