An OK phone

The phone is laid out nicely. The performance is a bit sluggish which causes the screens to get hung up or slow down greatly. The battery life is horrible. I have to keep my internet connection off all day and turn it on only when I need it. Otherwise, my battery doesn't last long at all. I was trying to decide between this phone and the i-Phone when I upgraded from my blackberry. There is a bit of buyers remorse on my end for my selection.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, short battery life
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Phone jams up every so often and needs to be re-started.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color

Very good performance (over WiFi and over Verizon 4G network), excellent features (good speaker phone, excellent camera, dual camera - for video conf call), upgradable OS.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight

Samsung Droid Charge Mobile Phone

Phone is great most of the time. It Was what us normal (un-rich and on a budget) people would consider a little pricey. I waited for this phone for a long time. Sometimes when in dock mode in the car it turns itself off for no reason, apps like to freeze, it has to be rebooted constantly. Overall, it is a good phone, everything will have their little glitches now days.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, android market
Cons: slow sometimes, freezes occassionlly

Flash Camera frequently crashes the phone

The Samsung Charge has the nice features expected of a smart phone. Unfortunately, The camera is apparently defective in all Samsung Charge Units. I encountered the same problem that numerous Charge Owners encountered. There are numerous blogs on the internet regarding this manufacturer’s defect. The Camera frequently disables and shuts down the phone when taking a flash photo. The only solution is to remove and replace the battery and reboot the phone. Consequently, the phone is useless as a camera. I recommend avoiding this Droid Samsung Charge Cell Phone.

Cons: Poor quality

xcellent phone. A+A+A+. Have not had any issues at all- great performance and design.
Lots of great apps. Watch full-length movies in its large LCD screen when I exercise thru Samsung Media Hub application.
Great battery life.
Lots of memory with 32G SD card.
Great front and back cameras. Can "video" Skype!
Strongly recommend.

Constant re-draws

The phone is nice, the screen is amazing, but what makes this a poor choice of phone is the lack of memory. When leaving apps, the phone has a tendency of re-drawing the home screen. This can take up to 15 seconds. During that time, you cannot use your phone. So, if you leave an app to make a call, be patient.
