Big Disappointment

This was my first android phone and I will say that I love androids. I like the phone I just don't like the problems it has and the fact that nothing is being done to fix it given the cost of the phone. I am constantly kicked off the internet, the service goes in and out, and I've had a repeat of my end going silent when I'm on the phone, whoever I'm talking to can't hear me but I can hear them. Then the phone doesn't connect to my bluetooth. I'm just running into a bunch of problems I never had with my blackberry and all the money spent I feel like it was a waste because it can't perform all of the things it was designed to do. Also my mom has the phone and she has countless problems with the phone too. Just avoid!
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, expensive, doesn't hold a signal
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i love my phone and all it does but i really hate the fact that i have had five replacements and it still does the same thing....HUGE PROBLEM TAKING PICTURES WITH THE FLASH ON.. my phone completely shuts down to where i have to pull the battery to power it back on.. they have offered a different device by different manufacturer but i have turned them down. I AM REALLY HOPING THEY GET THIS ISSUE ADDRESSED SOONER THAN LATER...
Pros: Bright display, Durable
Cons: huge camera problem

Battery
on October 21, 2011

While this is not a bad phone for features, the battery life is almost as bad as the early days of cell phones. Unless you kill every app, voice mail, txt msg the battery might last 6 hours in standby and that's on a good day. Would never recommend this phone to anybody
Cons: battery life
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall it is good product. It runs fast on LTE network. However, the back of the handset is made of plastic with a glossy finish, which felt cheap and slippery. It often runs into a low ram problem that interrupts the running appliction or web browser.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations

I like the screen and the ease of use. The quality of the phone is excellent. The drawback, and this is a big one, is that the screen uses the majority of the energy held in the battery. this is without using any high power apps. the result is that you need to keep the phone charged, plugging it in two or three times a day with just general use; email, phone, texting.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the phone except for the poor battery life

I love everything about this phone, except the low battery life makes it very impractical. The display and the functionality are great.
I use it for business conference calls and have to remain tethered to an outlet in order for the phone not to die. The battery life gets depleted extremely quickly (something like 5 hours) even when I am not actively using it. Is anything being done to improve the battery life? Although beautiful, all of the great features are useless if I can't turn the phone on.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: horrible battery life

Excellent screen. Was a little on the pricey side but overall a very good phone. Not dual core, but serviceable for a single core.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: expensive for non-dual core.
I would recommend this to a friend!
