This phone is WICKED

I have tried many of the smartphones on the market, and this one seems to be faster and smoother than most of them, especially in it's price range. Other factors that made this phone for me are the high quality screen, HDMI port, 32gb of storage included, and excellent battery life.
Not to mention, it's made by SAMSUNG - what more do I need to say!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: wish it had more internal memory
I would recommend this to a friend!

This phone is incredible, I love its feel and responsiveness. The quickness of the screens is really great. I have recomended this phone to over a dozen people so far.

Great, except the bloatware

I got this phone so I could jump on Verizon's 4G band before they go tiered. I had never had a problem with Samsung products in the past (TV I got in 1997 still runs). So going with this phone was almost a no brainer.
The phone is designed to look like a nice business phone. The fact it includes physical face buttons was a BIG selling point. I love the feeling of real buttons over the "touch panel" buttons. The screen is a-maz-ing!!!
My only real gripe is about the pre-included software on the phone. There are apps installed on this phone not everyone will want that are IMPOSSIBLE to uninstall without rooting the phone. I would love to get rid of these, but I can't. If I could do this with an update from Samsung, this would be the best phone, period!

Cons: unremovable bloatware

dropped the blackberry for a samsung

i'm thoroughly impressed with this device. i enjoy the large screen. the image quality is exactly what i would expect of samsung. the camera quality is brilliant. the ONLY negative thing i can say is not about the device but about the Qik app that a samsung rep recommended. the app has one malfunction that i know of. the operation of the front camera doesn't work. according to a Qik rep, an update is pending and would probably fix the issue. overall, i'm pleased with this device and wouldn't hesitate to upgrade to another samsung in the future.

Cons: front camera doesn't work with qik yet.

I've had a Blackberry for the last 3 years and truly love this phone. I did a lot of research before choosing the Charge and I'm glad I did.

Very good and fast phone. Love the color and clearity. Could improve battery life and I feel needs a indicator light for messages. Vibrate mode is weak. Great other than that.

Have had the phone for one week. Switching from a blackberry email system has been little slow but getting the hang of it. Would like to be able to delete preinstalled apps that are not wanted. Battery life isn't the greatest but thats why they make car charges for. Works well with Ford Sync.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, easy touchscreen keypad to use
Cons: unable to delete factory apps
