Picked the Droid Charge after viewing in the store. Chose it due to the screen. Simply the best looking screen on an Android smartphone. Bonus is the 4G capability when it comes later this year. Battery life is what I would expect given the fabulous display. Takes a lot of power to run it. Class 4 SD card was a surprise. Expected a class 2. May upgrade to a faster class for recording video. It runs well, no FCs, Touch Wiz is nice and much better than my Droid X Blur, camera takes nice pics, takes good video too, and voice/call quality is very good; better than my Droid X. Wish it was a dual core, but runs well so far.
As a Microsoft Outlook Exchange user at work and a Google/Gmail user at home, this Android phone exceeds all of my communication needs and expectations. It works very well with Google+, Facebook, and LinkedIn. It takes very nice pictures and makes them very easy to share. I can also view all my pictures stored on Picasa web. There are an unbelievable number of free apps from Android market that provide really useful services and entertainment. I can use my phone as a flashlight, a compass, a GPS navigator, a cookbook, a first aid guide, a carfinder, and a music/video player. The only downside I have experienced with this phone is shortened battery life caused by a number of possible reasons - GPS use, 4G signal use, or searching for coverage in poor signal areas. Otherwise its a great phone.
Pros: Bright display, cool apps
Cons: battery conservation
I would recommend this to a friend!

Samsung is great about providing the extras to customers, and that translates into a very loyal fan-base. I've got to say that I wasn't a Samsung fan up until a year ago. Now I am buying only Samsung electronics....new TV. new Blue-Ray Player, new Android Smartphone, etc.
Pros: Lightweight, well thought-out, smooth preformance
Cons: plastic case
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have owned my Charge for several weeks and the product is rock solid. Awesome display, great apps and super support. The camera takes awesome pix. the front camera is great when coupled with Tango for video calls. The tips from Samsung and the webinairs from My Verizon are great and have taught me tricks and shortcuts that make this more than just a snazzy smartphnoe.
I would reccommend this product to everyone looking for a new phone or a replacement.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had a Blackberry Curve before, which I enjoyed. I had been using my friends iphones at work and was anxious to get a smartphone of my own. I decided to go with the Charge because of all the GREAT features and the SPEED! The standard battery is not sufficient for everything the phone does! Get the extended life battery. That is the phones only downfall, otherwise, GREAT PHONE!
This Droid Charge has excellent features, great apps, good weight, big screen, sensitive touch, good design. If it has a negative factor now, it's the standard battery life. I have upgraded to the extended battery, which necessitated changing the back cover to a thicker one (which made the phone a little heavier). Otherwise, it is an excellent choice!
