The speakers put out little sound to enjoy videos and you should be able to remove the apps you don't use that come preinstalled so it don't have to keep seeing them in your apps
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor Performing Smartphone

This is the worst "Smartphone" I have ever had. It was an upgrade but in reality it was a downgrade. The Droid operating system has too many bugs and the battery life is dreadful. Maybe that's why they call it the "Charge" because it always needs to be on a charger. If you buy this phone make sure you buy at least 1 if not two extra batteries.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, weak battery, droid system is "buggie"
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Freezes, Slow, Constant Battery Charing

Loved the features it offers, however, whenever you need to make a call it freezes and to make the calls connect, it takes f-o-r-e-v-e-r!! Even when I am in Browser mode on the Internet, it is very slow. The battery does not last long and you have to constantly recharge or have a car charger. The speaker phone reception is not very good. Should have stayed with the Blackberry! Now stuck for 2 years.....oh well.
This is a great phone i love Samsung products anyways and this is the best ive seen yet. it runs super fast n smooth with minimal lag from app upload. only thing is i wiish that things were easier to save 2 sd card n that you could move photos to ur phone. and its almost too big but still i am verry pleased
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: Too big, memory options
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not Great

I took it back. Programs would freeze and lock down I think that there is not enough ram for the phone some android features would not work. No auto answer, and the phone would not switch from aux output to bluetooth without unplugging the aux out line even if set to so in bluetooth options. When you need hands free operation it's not there. However the 4G was great.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations, did not support all android features

More complicated than it needs to be

This is the worst phone I ever owned. It is not easy to use as a phone, or for texting, and if you want to use it as a computer, it doesn't do that well either. I wish I had my old phone back. This was a waste of money. I thought I wanted a Smartphone and now I am sorry. Rather keep my phone separate from my computer and Kindle. I hate this phone and I wish could get my old Samsung Intensity reactivated and throw this as far away as I can throw it!
Cons: Did not meet expectations, complicated to use
