Love it but a problem...

We bought the 3.5 quart and have used it alot and love it but the stoneware (crock) has cracked and we can no longer use it :( and I could not find a replacement online :(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My husband bought me one of each size in the grey metal. Then we bought 2 more this month plus a 6 qt cook and carry and 2 mini crocks for work. I love them all. The only downside is they don't make they 5 qt connect anymore which is what i use the most, plus this time i had to get teal blue cause they didn't have grey. They are great for all the meals we cook for our friends and church.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have most of the set in red and am missing the 3.5 Qt oval. Can't seem to find it anywhere. So disappointed.

All of our crockpots are too big since it is just the 2 of us in retirement. This 3.5qt is the perfect size and we can take it to pot lucks and attach it to other's with the same style.

After purchasing 2 connecting crock pots to use for parties I found it has taken 3 days of heating to alleviate the "factory smell" of the new product. I also find the cord retractor function a bit to be desired, so be warned/

Only used it once so far but loved the result...8 hours on low stocked full of veggies and a lean shoulder roast...amazing...no standing over a hot cook top or dealing with a hot oven! We live in Florida so cooking with a lot of escaping heat is never fun! Will be using the 3.5qt and the 2 little ones on Christmas Eve.

Love the product - one problem - one of the lid haldles was (is) missing from shipment, ... needed to use connectables next day and had to improvise a lid handle for use !!!
