Like size of hook up pots and ability to use in less space

I recently had a family gathering and was delighted to be able to cook my dishes in the oven and then use the hook up crock pots to keep items warm. In the hectic pace of getting everything ready, my helpers forgot to remove the lid before putting dishes into the oven. The knob on the lid for my 3.5 quart pot melted and I would like to replace the knob or lid. In review of your web site and parts, I am not finding this option. Can you provide me with a resource for the lid or knob?
Pros: great size for family gatherings
Cons: would like to see more options in sizes

I have 8 units and I spread them out on the counter, hooking them up in batches of two or four. I HAD an issue with some of the stoneware discoloring and turning white. After an amazing Live Chat with a Crock-Pot agent, I learned I could "steam" clean the stoneware with water and white vinegar on the high setting for one hour. I followed with a quick wash and dried each piece immediately. It worked! I even tried it on my 15 year old 6 quart unit and it now looks brand new. My only issue now is to somehow convince Crock-Pot to make more in a variety of colors! I could only get the green in the sizes I wanted, and it is not a good green. If Crock-Pot does make more, I hope they will let me exchange my green ones for a better color! You can find a few units on the internet, but it is a challenge.

Really cool idea until you have a unit that has a cracked and can't get a replacement crock

I love my Crockpot Hookups!

I have several units, including the warming tray. I love the versatility and ease of use. My only complaint is the knobs are delicate. I've had to replace 1 unit bc it came off. I just recently discovered that my 3.5qt oval shape stoneware has cracked almost all the way thru. How can I replace just the bowl? I can find every size but the 3 1/2 quart oval bowl.

Love this idea, but my barely used 3.5 quart is cracked and I can no longer use it. Really disappointed

These units are perfectly sized for variety of items at a dinner party. Can be used and stored anywhere. Inserts stack next to units in cabinet. Each size can be stacked and easily connected. I've looked for a system that allows me to use multiple slow cookers at one time to keep foods hot more than cooking in them, and this is perfect. Everyone in our family eats something different, so I use 5 units together. This keeps dinner hot without getting up from the table to reheat anything and gives us the variety we need.
Pros: compact easily connected uses one outlet, well suited with various sizes, light portable and convenient
Cons: need to organize closet to include units.

I love the versatility of the CrockPot Hook Ups. It's easy to find the appropriate size(s) no matter what I'm serving. The 3.5 qt is perfect for chili, soup or pot roast. The two 1 qt unit is perfect for warm dips and the 2 qt unit works for everything in between. You can use as many or as few as you need. They easily hook together and only require one outlet.
You'd better believe my CrockPot Hook Ups will be in use Super Bowl Sunday. A big pot of chili (3 qt) , spinach artichoke dip (2 qt), buffalo wing dip and queso cheese dip (1 qt each). Perfection!

This set is great for keeping warm, baking and serving. I finally got to keep my Thanksgiving meal at service temp this year without having to constantly check temps on the various dishes. I could just sit and relax.
