Hello, We are sorry to know that you are not able to connect your Philips TV with the Wi-Fi network. There are many reasons due to that you are unable to connect through Wi-Fi. However, to connect your TV via Wi-Fi please follow the steps given below: - Complete a Wireless Network Reset on the Philips product. - Verify you are using the correct network name and password. This is the same password you would use to connect a new computer to your wireless network. If you do not know the network name or password please contacts your router manufacture. Once you checked the username and password are correct please power cycle your router, modem, and Philips device by completing the below steps: - Unplug the Philips product from its power source. Unplug both the cable or dsl modem and router from their power source. Wait a few minutes. Plug in the modem and wait until the lights on the cable modem stop blinking. This could take up to a minute. When the cable or dsl modem lights are steady, plug the router back in. Again, wait until the lights stop blinking. Plug back in the power cord on the Philips product. Now attempt to connect the Philips product to the network. If the problem still persists we would suggest you to call our Consumer Care team by accessing the link given below: http://www.support.philips.com/support/contact/contact_page.jsp?userLanguage=en&userCountry=ca&_requestid=708833

Good Luck Connecting To a Network

Great picture but the complexity of connecting to a network is unbelievable. I am quite adept with computers and normally cruise through this part. The manual and on screen prompts simply do not match. You need a wirelessconnect code to download the software and it is buried so deep in the options that I cannot find it. The manual says it is available under the software menu but the software menu does NOT have an option for giving you this code. Without the code you can't download the software. How about a disc or something with the TV? I cannot believe that there is a pirating issue with this software. Simply NOT USER FRIENDLY, NOT INTUITIVE AND UNREASONABLY COMPLEX SOFTWARE INSTRUCTIONS.
Pros: nice picture
Cons: you must be a computer genius to make it work
The TV is extremely easy to learn and use, the menus flow easily to find any setting or adjustment. The Wi-Fi capabilities are great, the picture is flawless and the sound quality is great.
This product is overall a great product at a great value. The only issue we have had is that the speakers sometimes suddenly start putting out distorted audio. Usually, we just have to turn the set off and back on to clear this up.
Pros: good size, great picture, sleek, easy to use, easy set up
Cons: occasionally distorted audio
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice Smart TV with lots of inputs, good picture and sound. I found it to be the best Smart TV for the price, bucause of the light diffusion quality of the screen. This lets you see a clear picture and not reflections of things in the room. This set is also thin for close wall mounting. The controls are backlit and easy to see at the bottom front, not on the side or top were they can not be seen. This type of control has no moving parts or contacts so it should not wear out or fail because of dust or dirt getting into the switches. It has a nice sized easy to use remote that gets you to NETTV fast.
Pros: best picture for 32" smart tv, 3 hdmi inputs + component in, vga input from computer, soft touch control & location, thin
Cons: no external wifi antenna, no optical sound output
